Panthers Cheerleaders-Raleigh Portrait Session

I was recently invited to capture the Raleigh Parks and Recreation Panthers cheerleaders at Lake Lynn Park  by their coach Patty Shealey.  As you can tell from shot above, these girls are so much fun and are full of energy.  They all were very patient waiting for their turn when we were doing the individual portraits.  The above image was taken at the end of the session when I told them to act crazy.   That is exactly what they did!! Cool stuff!

We had a couple of sets of sisters on the squad.  This first set reminded me of my two girls because they were about the same age.  The younger one is the mascot for the Panthers but the squad wanted to include her as part of the team.  Very nice!

Here is the second set of sisters.   Notice the Panther football player in the background. They were practicing at the same time I was shooting the session.
